White Lies follow the success of their second album Ritual, released in January of this year, with a much anticipated performance at Electric Picnic. Building on the triumph of their debut To Lose My Life..., which won them many awards including a MOJO Breakthrough Award and Q Award for Best New Band, was no mean feat. But in Ritual, they've produced an album that continues an ascent in to becoming one of the most important breakthrough bands in the past couple of years.
