Please read the below to make your arrival as seamless as possible:

• Family Campervan opens at 16:00 on Thursday 15th August. Entry to site will only be permitted to people with valid Family Weekend Tickets accompanied by a valid Family Campervan/Caravan pass. You must be accompanied by a child aged 12 or under to access this area.
• Your valid Family Campervan & Caravan vehicle pass must be clearly displayed in your vehicle.*Please Note* Family Caravan ticketholders must have passes on both the towing vehicle and caravan.
• The vehicle pass is only valid when a mobile number has been entered into the white panel on the front of the hanger.
• All vehicles are subject to search upon entry, read the Campervan & Caravan Terms & Conditions for information on what you can and can’t bring to the Event.
• Each person within the vehicle must have a valid Family Weekend ticket and ONLY weekend ticket holders will be permitted into the campervan/caravan campsite.
• Please note that there will be no access to the Main Arena until 16:00 on Thursday 15th August. There will be toilet facilities and water points in the campervan campsite.

The location for the Family campervan and caravan campsite has changed for 2024. The General Campervan & Caravan Campsite has a new home and is now located off the Timahoe Rd.

Please Note:

• Only 1 vehicle is permitted entry on a Campervan ticket. Additional vehicles must park in the public car parks.
• Campervans cannot be used as towing vehicles for caravans.
• Only 1 vehicle is permitted entry with a caravan.
• Camping is not permitted in the Campervan & Caravan fields.

From Dublin/ North – M7 Motorway southbound 

• Family caravans will take the M9 to Junction 3 and join the N78 to Athy.
• At roundabout take first left onto the new Athy Distributor Road and follow the N78 towards Kilkenny via Ballylinan.
• At junction between N78 and N80, turn right towards Stradbally.
• Continue to Court Square and turn left onto the Timahoe Road.
• Follow signs for Family Camping which is located in Stradbally GAA Club on left hand side.

From Limerick – M7 Motorway northbound 

• Family caravans  will exit M7 motorway at Junction 16, onto R445.
• Turn left towards Rathbrennan and travel to Bloomfield roundabout and take the first exit onto the N80 and continue to Stradbally.
• At Court Square, turn right onto Timahoe Road.
• Follow signs for Family Camping which is located in Stradbally GAA Club on left hand side.

From Cork – M8 Motorway northbound 

• Family caravans will continue on the M8 and merge with the M7.
• Exit the M7 motorway at Junction 16, onto R445.
• Turn left towards Rathbrennan and travel to Bloomfield roundabout and take the first exit onto the N80 and continue to Stradbally.
• At Court Square, turn right onto Timahoe Road.
• Follow signs for Family Camping which is located in Stradbally GAA Club on the left hand side.

N80 from the West 

• Family caravans will follow the N80 west routing to the O’Doran roundabout.
• Continue straight and turn right onto the N80.
• Continue on the N80 through Bloomfield roundabout (second exit) towards Stradbally.
• At Court Square, turn right onto Timahoe Road.
• Follow signs for Family Camping which is located in Stradbally GAA Club on the left hand side.

N80 from South East/ Carlow/ Athy

• Family caravans continue on N80 to Stradbally. At Court Square, turn right onto the Timahoe Road.
• Follow signs for Family Camping which is located in Stradbally
  GAA Club on the left hand side.

Once you arrive, head to the Family Gate Wristband Exchange to exchange your mobile ticket for your festival wristband.

Mobile signals can be unreliable at the festival. We recommend saving your mobile tickets to your phone wallet app before you arrive.

The Family Gate Wristband Exchange opening hours are as below, please ensure you exchange your ticket for a wristband within those operating hours.

Thursday 15th       16:00 – 00:00

Friday 16th            09:00 – 00:00

Saturday 17th       09:00 – 18:00

Sunday 18th          09:00 – 16:00

Please make sure to get your festival wristband before leaving the campervan campsite.

The closest arena entrance is the Family Arena Entrance entertainment from 12:00 noon on Friday 16th August.

Access to the Late Night Arena for Thursday entertainment is from 18:00 via the Jimi Hendrix Arena Entrance.

To provide and ensure a safe festival for you and your children, children aged 12 or under attending the festival may be registered before coming to the festival. This will enable the Event Organisers to contact Parents / Guardians.

*Please note* Parents/Guardians are permitted to bring up to two children on each festival ticket.
